Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We work with trusted global suppliers to deliver quality pet products at fair prices. Estimated delivery times to Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Express options (when available at checkout): 7–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update with carrier scans.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 CAD.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at cozypawsstore1@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. We will offer a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost packages.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
